If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer no quibble returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.

In order to return your item, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us via email at info@firebrandshop.com and tell us your reason for returning your item. Also include your name and if possible include you order number which you’ll find on your order confirmation email. This will allow us to make sure we can match you to your order.

3. Please include a note with your name and order number in the package.

4. It is your responsibility to to return your item using a suitable carrier. We recommend you a service which allows you to track the item.

5. On receipt of the item, we will send you a full refund of the original purchase price within 14 days.
